A 22-week process group for therapists will be running this coming autumn/winter/early spring.
This is a continuation of a group for that has been meeting since 2021 to process emotions and existential concerns while living and working as therapists in our complex world and times.
What makes it “existential?” Among other things, we talk about death/mortality, aging, choices we face, responsibilities we have, losses we grieve, how we experience ourselves in the world, and our feelings about the world that we are constantly encountering and that we are a part of.
The conversation is much more weighted towards personal experience, not focused as much on the work of being therapists, however, the process always exists in the context of the work we do with others and what that role holds for us.
This group runs online via Zoom and will have a maximum of 10 participants.
Dates/Times:
Thursdays 9:30–10:50 am (ET)
22 sessions, 80 minutes per session
Beginning October 12, 2023 – ending April 25, 2024
Fee: $1364.00 (incl. HST) Payable in three installments
